In addition, we have a temperate climate with average summer temperatures ranging from 18-25 degrees and winter temperatures from 8-17 degrees. In fact, most employees live in the Wollongong, Shellharbour, or Kiama areas. House values are moderate compared to Sydney, yet its city centre is only 100km away. In addition, travel times from home to work are typically less than 20 minutes with limited traffic lights.
