Wollongong, NSW – Triple i Sales Solutions has provided site inspections and instrumentation specifications for an Illawarra based Industrial Manufacturing Plant as part of phase one and two of its upgrade project.

Triple i was asked to assist in the upgrade of the original onsite instrumentation and process facilities which deal with their manufacturing.

The facility is undergoing plant upgrades to maintain capability of the site, to increase automation, and to ensure that the plant is compliant with relevant Australian standards and regulations.

Scope of the project conducted by Triple i includes phase one (1) and two (2). Our Sales Solutions team has conducted in-depth site inspections and reviews of existing infrastructure, specifying new technologies and instrumentation which focus on plant optimisation and process improvement.

Replacing original equipment over thirty (30) years old, the upgrade includes fourteen (14) differential pressure transmitters by Yokogawa and sixteen (16) control valves and positioners by Samson.

Phase three (3) will soon be underway, with the commissioning and implementation of Triple i supplied instrumentation involving our Services division.
