Wollongong, NSW – Triple i Sales Solutions has provided site inspections and instrumentation specifications for an Illawarra-based Industrial Manufacturing Plant. This was as part of phases one and two of its upgrade project.

Triple i received a request to assist in the upgrade of the original onsite instrumentation. This upgrade includes enhancements to the process facilities dealing with their manufacturing operations.

The facility is undergoing upgrades aimed at maintaining the site’s capability, increasing automation, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. These enhancements are crucial for the continued efficiency and regulatory adherence of the plant.

The scope of the project conducted by Triple i includes phases one (1) and two (2). Our Sales Solutions team conducted in-depth site inspections and reviewed existing infrastructure. They specified innovative technologies and instrumentation, emphasising plant optimisation and process improvement.

The upgrade involves replacing original equipment that is over thirty (30) years old. It includes fourteen (14) differential pressure transmitters by Yokogawa and sixteen (16) control valves and positioners by Samson.

Phase three (3) will soon be underway, with the commissioning and implementation of instrumentation involving our Services division. Our Sales team specified and supplied the instrumentation.
