PRESENTATION INVITATION

Join us for the 1st of a regular series of open technology sessions across Gladstone and Central Queensland. Each session builds your knowledge of the subject and shows how you can apply it in your own operation.

This event is on Tuesday 10 November 2026 at the GEA ofices in Gladstone. The topics are on operational performance, a core part of our Data Insight capability: www.triplei.com.au/operational-performance/

Most sessions run for 30 minutes. If you are staying for more than one session, use the break between sessions to dig deeper into the topic or talk through how it would apply to your site.

Please book so we can plan numbers. If you decide on the day, come along anyway; the venue has room for walk-ins.

Bookings are essential for the lunchtime workshop.

Can’t make it? We can run any session on request at our ofice, at your site or, in most cases, remotely, and we have some availability the same week.

We are also presenting a similar session on Industrial AI, including a case study, to the local Engineers Australia group on Thursday 12th. We hope you find these sessions valuable. Future sessions will cover more on operational performance, along with IIoT and sensor applications.

SESSION SUMMARIES

Session 1 – Improving operational performance

This session introduces DataOps and the key data requirements for live DataOps applications.

You will learn what needs to be right when data feeds online analytics, modelling, reporting and machine learning/AI.

Session 2 – The impact of poor operational integrity

We define Operational Integrity (OI) as how well your people, processes and assets deliver the outcomes you need.

You cannot truly optimise production without good OI. Where it is lacking, it caps the gains available from process improvement.

This session covers the main warning signs of poor OI, and the methods and tools you can use to identify the gaps, plan improvements and lift OI.

Session 3 – Strategies to increase production

Most production gains are chased by cutting planned and breakdown downtime. This session takes a diferent angle: the key strategies Triple I uses to increase output while the plant is running.

We cover our approach to finding spare capacity, and the analytics and tools we use to unlock it.

Session 4 – The power of 3D

3D modelling has transformed training, yet it is rarely used to share production information.

This light-hearted session shows how 3D engages people, with examples of where it delivers understanding that traditional charts and dashboards cannot.

Session 5 – The value of optimising quality

Many OEE charts point to quality as an area to improve. But should it be? This session challenges the assumption that higher quality is always the right objective. In some cases, chasing it places unnecessary limits on process

improvement, restricting production and eroding profit. In others, quality is the single most important driver of improvement.

Session 6 – Improving operational performance (extended)

An extended version of Session 1, with more real-world case studies and examples of reports we have produced.
