The certifications cover two main standards including ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Certification, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Certification.
Our recertification of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 is a testament to our commitment to quality and growth. It highlights our effective management system, supporting agility and resilience during the previous twelve months.
Overseen by the International Organization for Standardization, ISO 9001:2015 is based on quality management principles. These principles include a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement.
ISO 45001:2018 outlines the requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system. Designed to protect employees and visitors from work-related accidents or incidents, the system aims to mitigate factors. This helps prevent irreparable harm to both employees and businesses.
The ISO accreditation certificates, which are valid for three years, undergo annual monitoring. Triennial re-certification involves a comprehensive review of procedures for order tracking, supplier quality management, customer satisfaction, and technical compliance. It also covers other key assessment criteria, and health and safety procedures.
