What is AIMS

Our Asset Information Management System (AIMS) is a comprehensive computer service and maintenance application that provides our team with the tools to ensure your plant is always operating at its optimum.

Whether it is used for daily monitoring or within a specified schedule, AIMS improves our teams’ understandings of your operation by integrating your assets’ information and maintenance in a centralised location.

Our teams have AIMS installed on their devices, which means they can see live data and receive notifications. This allows a proactive approach to address issues through routine monitoring of equipment, while also being readily available to respond to any concerns as they occur.

From risk management to breakdowns, AIMS gives our team the power to troubleshoot problems immediately, resolving issues faster and minimising any negative impact on your operations.

AIMS assists our teams to achieve significant objectives, all improving the bottom-line and keeping projects on budget. These include:

There is no need to search a lengthy database, instead, information on each asset is easily accessible, with all links displayed on the asset dashboard.

Work Orders, Maintenance & Support

Your assets’ records are in safe hands with our Service and Support team. The team develops and maintains complete records, including generating work orders, scheduling timetables, and documenting breakdowns and support.

 

Work Orders

New work orders, along with the asset work order history, are directly accessible from the dashboard. With easy access to past information, our team can confirm previous work, identify parts, and more, from one resource.

 

Preventative Maintenance & Scheduling

Work orders are generated by parameters managed by our Service and Support team. Schedules are determined by your needs. They can be time-based (calendar) or usage-based (inspection readings), e.g., hours run or out of spec operating parameter.

 

Breakdown & Support

Our team can generate unplanned work orders for breakdowns. Support calls are directly through AIMS, ensuing no data or documentation is missing.

Calibrations & Reports

AIMS allows direct data entry for our service technicians completing asset checks and calibrations.

AIMS helps to improve efficiencies by automatically collating asset details, creating the calibrations reports, and updating the work order status, from a single point of data entry.

Not only is time saved, but human error is minimised as information is not delayed or transferred between personnel before being entered into the system.

 

Calibration Reports

Information from calibrations can be automated and customised to your requirements. You can immediately access calibration reports from the asset dashboard after our technicians have logged them.

Process Interlocks - Checklists

AIMS allows for checklists to include process interlocks and conditions that must be met to progress through the items, e.g., the pump stopped prior to isolation, process bypassed to disable device alarms from process sequence control.

This ensures our clients and team are following the latest procedures for operating the machinery, reducing any occurrence of human error or unintentional mishandling of the asset.
